About Our Team
RUGBY PRACTICES
UNI Men's Rugby practices are from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays located at the rugby fields behind the UNI Dome. Indoor practices are held within the UNI Rec Center Gyms. Practices consist of conditioning, skill-building drills, and match simulations led by head coach Zeus Ramirez.
TEAM BONDING
A team can only be strong on the pitch if it is strong off of it. The UNI Men's Rugby team takes every opportunity we can to form relationships with each other beyond rugby. Whether it's playing Rock Band, watching a football game, or kicking for post, you know that the rugby boys will be there.
COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY
We believe that it is our duty as rugby players to be as active in our community as we are in our personal affairs. The UNI Men's Rugby team can be spotted doing anything from moving sheetrock with House of Hope, to volunteering with the Martin Brothers, to becoming lumberjacks for a day.
